Buy a prepaid mastercard/visa from, I reckon they are called Greendot cards. Walgreen’s and CVS sell them.

Find someone you know that has an account, give them cash and have them transfer it to yours.

You can send them a Western Union or send them a check through mail even. PokerStars questions that you email them to see which prepaid/gift cards they accept so I recommend you e-mail the Full Tilt cashier to find out which ones they accept if any. A buddy could place money in your account from his/her account as well.
The simplest way I’ve found is Western Union. It’s quick and simple.
You would have to get a gift card, sign up for ewalletxpress.com or moneybookers.com (they work much like paypal but are accepted by online casinos/poker rooms). Then deposit into the casino/poker room from that.
