one to two.
I checked the specs on the HP site: GFX Card: Intel GMA 950 (integrated, 128MB shared)
so the answer is – none
buy a new laptop with better video
none there are no slots of any type on a laptop
All the chips like the graphics, sound and processor (i say chips as they are not cards like a PC) are soldered to the motherboard of the laptop.
So bottom line you can’t upgrade anything other than a hard drive or RAM on a laptop
Most probably your laptop doesn’t have any video card slot available. Seems that HP DV2000 lines are equipped with an on-board video chips. If that the case, then you have use a solder to replace your existing video card.
You can always check your laptop service manual for a detailed explanation.

There aren’t any laptop that has video card slot because mostly video cards are integrated in the motherboard of laptops. Although there is a model of Dell that has a changeable video card, but no extra slot for video card.
